Shipping & return

Shipment

Our goal is to ship your order within 1-5 businessdays (that is, not counting weekends and holidays).
However, the delivery time may vary based on the volume of orders that we are processing and circumstances over which DOXX Amsterdam has no control, such as transport or carrier delays.
Shipping costs depend on the country, these will be calculated at the check out.

The customer is responsible for any import duties and/or taxes at the point of entry into the destination country.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return,

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your receipt or proof of purchase must be added in the package that will be returned.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.
If your return is approved, we will refund the amount (minus the shipping costs and/or extra taxes) within 14 calendar days.
 
Personalized and/or customized items (or items with initial tag) can not be returned.
 
DOXX Amsterdam reserves the right to reject the returns that are sent after the allowed return window of 14 days and/or otherwise outside of the Return policy.
In case of declined return, we may send the items back to your main delivery address on your expense to cover the delivery costs.
 

Shipment returns and costs

The customer is responsible for the shipment and costs to return an item.
Any additional shipping costs, import duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. 

Damage claims

If the products you have received are incomplete or damaged during transport, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the products via info@doxx-amsterdam.nl.
As soon as the claim is approved you can send back the damaged product.
On receipt of the damaged product we will notify you with a fitting solution.
